Boarding
At Jane Nordstrom Training, we understand that horses have individual needs. That's why we provide personalized care for your horses.
Jane Nordstrom Training offers boarding services through Fox Chase Farm, a landmark equestrian facility located on Route 50 two miles mile east of Middleburg, Virginia.
Our full board program includes daily turnout (weather permitting) in paddocks reserved exclusively for use by Jane Nordstrom Training clients.
We feed twice a day using high-quality hay and grain and supplements (if desired by owners).
Our personalized care includes putting on and changing blankets, boots and fly masks, washing horses legs on muddy days and night checks.
Trained staff are located on property and available 24/7.
Facilities
Jane Nordstrom Training clients have access to three competition standard lighted indoor and outdoor show arenas.
The 80x200 indoor arena is accessible without going outside in bad weather. Both the 160x350 outdoor show arena and 165x130 outdoor schooling arena are available for use by Jane Nordstrom Training clients.
Amenities
Jane Nordstrom Training provides a variety of "big barn" amenities" at no additional cost, including:
- Wash stall with hot/cold water and heat lamps
- Grooming stalls with heat lamps and a variety of grooming supplies, including shampoo, fly spray and tack cleaning supplies.
- Individual tack lockers
- Private men's and woman's changing rooms and showers
- Ringside gazebo and indoor viewing lounge.

Full Care Board
$800/month (includes feed 2x/day, unlimited hay, turnout, blanketing & boots, daily stall cleaning)
Lesson Board
$1000/month (includes the above, plus 1 lesson/week)
(Recommended)
Training Board
$1250/month (includes the above, plus 2 lessons/week)
MISCELLANOUS CARE FEES
Trimming & Clipping: $15
Mane Pulling: $20
Body Clipping: $150
Worming: varies. Horses are wormed 4 times per year.
Vet or Farrier Attendance: $15 ($25 if extra trip to barn required)
Vet Care: varies - $15 plus vet supplies or medication
Spacious indoor arena with new footing allows year round riding and training.
Watch riders from the comfort of the spacious ringside gazebo.
